The celebration of the 1100th anniversary of Halych’s foundation has begun at 10:00 with the International Scientific Conference which had been held in the Requalification Center (Ivano-Frankivsk).During the breaks in the Conference’s work participants payed attention to the Personal Exhibition of H.Uralova. There were more than 50 compositions represented on the stand.
The themes of the compositions were represented by Eastern and Western Ukrainian and Russianmotives.
But the visitors were mostly attracted by chess-compositios dedicated to the anniversaries of B.Khmelnytsky’s birth
and others. After the end of the first day of the Scientific Conference The Mini-Museum moved to the Exhibition Hall of the Artists Union of Ivano-Frankivsk where the Anniversarial exhibition of works of art has begun. The Museum was situated at the very entrance to the hall.
